Lesala Construction Inc. seeks Market Research Analyst in Cornelius, NC.

Duties include:

• Analyzing, predicting and improving business operations with current clients
  and researching potential sales of products and services to other areas.
• Analyze statistical data on past sales to predict future sales
• explore and create new accounts in Charlotte area and surrounding counties
• gather data on competitors and analyze prices, sales and methods of distribution
• design surveys to assess consumer preferences
• evaluate data and make recommendations to management based on findings
• make recommendations on the advisability of offering new products
• opening new branches and diversifying product line.

Position requires:

• 2 years experience analyzing marketing and sales strategies, managing
  day-to-day relationships with clients and business development.
• Requires B.A. degree in Economics, Business Administration or foreign equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with QuickBooks, AcaStat Software, Microsoft Excel/Access.
